Garlic Cube-Chopper Slicer and Dicer

The Garlic Cube is a sturdy cube. It’s small but mighty. It has 2 sets of stainless steel cutting grids: a dice on one side and a slice on the other. Both grids are removable for cleaning. There is a collecting container which you just have to remember to insert the right way. The presser teeth at both ends come complete with removable cleaning grids, that lift the garlic remnants from between the teeth. And all of this is top-rack dishwasher safe and self-contained for easy storage.
So how well does it work (you may ask)? We’ve become fans and think it works great! This works by using the lid to push the garlic through the grid or the slicer. The Garlic Cube minces or slices garlic in one simple push-down motion. It has a satisfying and sturdy feel with nicely sharp blades: the pieces of garlic are cleanly sliced or diced.
But this is not just a unitasker. We actually love this too for finely mincing chilis, so that the heat is more evenly distributed throughout the dish.
We use garlic… a lot! And this Garlic Cube has made using garlic even easier. It’s small, but mighty… a great performer, and a real Cool Tool.
